At HIRA FRAGRANCES, we want you to be delighted with your signature scent. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact our fragrance concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the original, unopened perfume bottle in its authentic packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
